Tomorrow........port day / heart scan

Friday morning we take off for Wenatchee at 6:15am. Pray for me (Brett) as early mornings are harder for me! Lots of coffee. Sheri is having a port installed to aid chemo, it's a minor surgery. At 1:30 she has a heart test to get a base line. Saturday we go back down for a PET scan. Tuesday we meet with the Oncologist and start chemo. Here we go. We are glad to be moving on the road to healing (not scanning!). Pray specifically for Sheri's doctors, and the chemo to get to work!

Thanks for all the bloggs and e-mail, they are very uplifting. Keep them coming, she watches this thing constantly (so do I). It will become more important in the weeks and months to come. Here we go, don't look down (look UP!)

Sheri, You have let the enemy know who's the boss, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I am so touched and thrilled by your incredible testimony during this horrible attack from the enemy. I just want to know how much I care, and how it has hurt so many of our hearts to see you have to go through this. You have been in our prayers daily, and will continue to be. If there is anything you need (I know you have had a flood of support), please don't hesitate to ask. I would be honored to taxi you to wenatchee if you need someone, and Brett can't do it, or WHATEVER. I pray you feel the prayer of the saints lifting you up constantly. You are very loved!
Love, Trista

Sheri - I just read your blog for the first time today. As with every situation in life, you and your family are an amazing example of what it means to trust in the Lords plans! I love you so much and am praying for you. I hope I'll be able to see you when Travis and I come to town next (Dec 7-9, and 22-25)I wish I was closer to stop by and hug you right now! You are an amazing woman and have blessed my life in so many ways over the past 13 years! I love you! Stay strong and keep smiling!
Love you - Kimmy

Sheri,
I just read your email from Dawn yesterday, and it broke my heart to hear about your illness. Vince and I will be praying for your family and yes the doctors too. I know that God is bigger than all of this and will be your strength and comfort. I also would like to let you know if there is anything we can do to help please let us know. vbcc@ncidata.com
Take Care Barb
PS When I saw your picture on the blog, I could'nt help but praise God for the peace upon your countenance, and how other's who may not know God will want to know this peace you have during this storm.
Shalom,
Vince
